Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Araxa-tech collects through araxatech.com.tr, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to meet the transparency requirements of both the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable to visitors in the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

The only place this site collects personal data is the contact form (and the equivalent mailto: link) in the Let’s build intelligent systems together section. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter.

The form includes a hidden field used only to detect automated spam submissions (a “honeypot”); it is never shown to visitors and is not used to identify you. Submissions are also rate-limited by IP address to prevent abuse — this limit is enforced in server memory and is not stored or logged separately.

We do not use tracking cookies. If you choose a site language, that choice is remembered in a single functional cookie — see our Cookie Policy. Aggregate, anonymised page-view analytics are collected via Vercel Analytics, which does not set cookies or use identifiers that could re-identify an individual visitor.

3. Why we process it, and legal basis

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

4. Who we share it with

Messages are relayed by email through our SMTP provider solely to deliver them to our inbox; they are not sold, rented, or shared with any other third party. The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider and uses Vercel Analytics as described above.

5. Retention

Messages submitted through the contact form live in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting correspondence, after which they are deleted as part of our routine mailbox housekeeping.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK (and, where applicable, the GDPR) you have the right to ask whether we hold data about you, request access to it, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it is processed. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@araxatech.com.tr.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our data practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
